    1998年创办空调制冷网(www.chinahvacr.com),2015年创办节能减排网(www.chinaeser.cn),2004年担任《建筑热能通风空调》(www.chinabee.org)主编,2014年创办节能减排论坛和会展(www.eser-expo.com)。2002年创办《中国制冷空调暖通年鉴》,2009年开始主编《可持续建筑技术》系列教材。

    湖南省建设科技与建筑节能协会副会长,湖南省制冷学会副理事长,湖南省土木建筑学会常务理事,湖南省、长沙市建筑节能与绿色建筑专家委员会成员。

    曾负责长株潭城市群国家节能减排财政政策综合示范城市(群)、长沙市、株洲市、湘潭市、娄底市可再生能源建筑应用国家示范城市等的技术支撑工作。
